Founded in 1954 by H.G. "Hod" Tolbert, Abstract & Guaranty, Inc. has been a trusted part of the Watonga community for generations. What began as a small local business grew under the leadership of Veva Daugherty, who purchased the company in 1978. In 2013, her son Neal -- now a third-generation abstractor and title agent -- continued the family legacy by acquiring both Abstract & Guaranty and Blaine County Abstract. Today, with family members like Caitlin serving as escrow agent, we're proud to be a multi-generational, family-owned business serving Watonga, Blaine County, and the state of Oklahoma. Our roots run deep, and so does our commitment to the communities we call home.
